Some places are available on the syndicate water. Places are limited to 15 members, and full membership allows you to enjoy fishing along some very productive and secluded stretches of the Teme and Sutton Pool. In total the members have access to over 3 miles of water at certain times of the year. The cost for the river syndicate is as follows:

Deepcoft beat is directly opposite Clethill house and is over 1000 yds long. This stretch is open for guests to share with syndicate members. It has a mixture of deep pool and riffle with several excellent Barbel swims. Also to be found are Chub, Bream, Grayling, and Trout. Best Barbel to date 11 1/4 pound, Best Chub 6 1/2 pound, Best Bream 7lb.
The beat also contains 2 Salmon pools.

The Home beat is approximately 500 yards long and is reserved soley for our guests.
It too, contains several excellent Barbel swims, with some guests catching over 20 in a session.
It also has a good head of Chub and Bream and 1 Salmon pool.
